Part 2 of
'How to beat stress'
and enjoy a fulfilled life

In the first part of your 125 part 'How to beat stress' journey you blasted off on a rocket adventure into the inky blackness of space.

Now you're ready to move into the second part of this important personal development adventure.

I want you to imagine you are hurtling through space at enormous speed. Planet Earth, your home planet, is becoming smaller and smaller in your rear view mirror.

Jupiter, here we come
Now you sit at the controls and adjust your speed and direction till the rocket is heading for Jupiter. You plan to orbit this giant planet and carry out scientific investigations of its upper atmosphere.

As you race towards the planet you realize you are hurtling through a dense asteroid belt. Giant rocks and bodies the size of small planets are strewn across your flight path.

Gripping the controls tightly you duck and weave to avoid this space debris. One collision and your rocket will be smithereened to nothingness. You'll be wiped out in an instant.

There'll be a momentary sensation of terror followed by unspeakable pain and then you'll be no more. Fragments of your former self will litter the solar system for eternity.

Somehow you manage to avoid a collision.

Destination
Five minutes later you have reached your destination and find yourself circling the enormous ball of gas we know as Jupiter.

The view is breathtaking. You have never seen anything like it. You are so glad you decided to go on this 'How to beat stress' journey into deep space.

You feel relaxed and completely unstressed. You've never felt like this before in all your---

Suddenly a thousand red lights start flashing on the control panel. A dozen klaxons start sounding at the same time.

You glance at the screen and see this worrying message, "Major malfunction of all systems."

You immediately start shouting at the screen.

"What's going to happen? What's going to happen?"

The computer replies in a dull metallic sounding voice.

"I regret to inform you that you are plunging towards the surface of the planet at high speed. There is nothing you can do to save yourself. Prepare to die. It will be an horrific ordeal."

What happens next?
Is it really hopeless? Are you doomed to be crushed by Jupiter's massive gravitational force? Find out what happens in part 3 of this extraordinary 125 part 'How to beat stress' rocket adventure.
